Raffle Wheel: Setup and Example Results

These captures show the current English controls on desktop and phone. Follow the steps below each image; your random results will vary. Select an image to view it at full size.

Set up on desktop

Raffle Wheel: desktop setup and controls
Enter the eligible names or ticket labels in Entries. Use Remove winner after each spin if each label should win only once. On desktop, scroll the control panel to reach any controls below the visible area.

Appearance and sound settings

Raffle Wheel: Settings panel with themes and sound controls
Open Settings for themes and Winning sound. Scroll the panel to reach lower controls. Sound effects stays synchronized with Entries. No winning sound mutes the celebration while leaving wheel clicks available when Sound effects is on.

Read the result

Raffle Wheel: completed example and available controls
Read the selected label after spinning and review earlier selections in Results. Use a range-based Raffle Number Picker for large consecutive ticket numbers.

Use it on a phone

Raffle Wheel: phone layout showing the Results panel
On a phone, the wheel and control panel stack vertically. Open Results to review earlier selections, Entries to adjust the next round, or Settings for appearance and sound.

How to use the Raffle Wheel

Draw a random raffle winner from names or ticket codes. Edit the list, spin the wheel, view history and remove selected tickets for multiple prizes.

Using Entries, Results and Settings

Entries: set up the round

Use the controls available for this tool to edit choices, set a range or choose game rules. Review prompts and repeat settings before spinning. The Sound effects switch is below these controls.

Results: review your history

Read previous selections, newest first, and use Clear history when you want an empty list. This leaves the active choices and no-repeat pool intact.

Settings: choose the look and sound

Choose a wheel theme, select a winning sound and preview it. The Sound effects switch here stays synchronized with Entries. Colors and sounds do not change selection odds.

Wheel controls FAQ

Where can I find or clear previous results?

Open Results to see the newest selections first. Clear history removes that list; it does not restore removed winners or reset a no-repeat round. Use the tool’s reset control when you want to start a new round.

How do I change colors or turn sound off?

Open Settings to choose a theme and winning sound. Sound effects is also available in Entries; both switches control the same setting. Turning sound off mutes wheel clicks and the winning sound. Choosing No winning sound only mutes the celebration. Your sound preference is remembered for this English tool in this browser when browser storage is available.

Do themes change the chance of winning?

No. Themes only change appearance. Two-outcome wheels use two colors and three-outcome wheels use three. Repeated labels share a color in the selected theme. Entries, repeated slices and any weights still determine the odds.

1. List only the tickets included in the draw

Paste one issued ticket label per line. Codes and nonconsecutive numbers work because the wheel draws from your actual list rather than filling in a numeric range.

2. Keep ticket labels distinct

Use a unique code for each ticket. A person with several tickets can have several entries. Check for accidental duplicates before you start.

3. Set the removal rule

Enable Remove winner after each spin if a selected ticket should leave the next draw. This removes one line, not every ticket belonging to the same person.

4. Draw and match the label to your record

Spin, read the winning code and match it to your ticket register. Record the prize and winner separately. The history shows this session’s draw order and clears when you leave or refresh.

Example draws

Ticket codes with prefixes

Keep A-101 and B-101 separate instead of converting both to the number 101.

Nonconsecutive tickets

Paste the issued tickets so unused or missing numbers cannot be selected.

Several prize draws

Use winner removal when a ticket may win only once, and decide how multiple tickets from one person should be treated.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use letters and numbers in a ticket label?

Yes. Each line can contain a name, ticket code or another text label. Keep codes distinct so the result is easy to match.

What is the difference from Raffle Number Picker?

Raffle Wheel chooses from the labels you paste. Raffle Number Picker generates winners from a continuous numeric ticket range, which is more convenient for large consecutive ticket runs.

Do multiple tickets increase a person’s chance?

Each line has equal probability. A person with three distinct ticket lines has three chances compared with one ticket line.

Does removing a winner remove all their tickets?

No. It removes the selected line once. Other tickets owned by that person remain until you remove them yourself.

Can I return to the draw later?

Entries and history are not saved by this picker. Keep your ticket register and prize record separately before refreshing or leaving the page.
