Know where your wheel is saved and what travels with a link.
Save a named copy
Choose Save / My Wheels on a wheel page, enter a name, and choose Save wheel. Named copies appear in the same dialog under My wheels. Open the same tool in this browser to load them again.
These copies are stored on this device, not in a cloud account. Clearing browser data can remove them. If storage is unavailable, an error appears instead of a saved confirmation.
Share a snapshot
Choose Share and copy the configured wheel link when that tool supports it. Anyone with the link can read the data it contains. The receiver opens an independent copy; later edits do not synchronize.
On pages without configured sharing, Copy template page link shares the original page only. Check the wording before sending a link. Results are not included in wheel links.
Export what you need to keep
CSV exports entries and weights. A wheel backup (JSON), where offered, includes the wheel configuration supported by that tool; use Import wheel backup to restore it.
Appearance exports on template pages contain appearance settings only. Export result history separately. Large images may exceed browser storage or share-link limits; keep a downloaded backup.
